"They did a 5-star job for me, converting 50-year-old 35mm slides to jpegs. The jpegs were at least as good or better than the original slides. I have no experience with their other services, such as video conversions or 8mm film conversions. The price for 35mm slide conversion was very reasonable, 50 cents per slide in Sept. 2023."

"I was extremely happy with the job I trusted Memory Keepers to do! The owners explained the process to me before deciding to have my old family movies transferred from old film reels to digital. I was also happy that they did not have to ship my project out to have it completed, but that they, themselves work at their store location on their machines. I believe it's just another risk involved if my old films are shipped away to another company! The owners are very thorough and knowledgeable about their business. "I volunteer at the Illinois Railway Museum and our library has many old and priceless films. Part of the archival process is to convert them to digital. We searched for a few years to find a company that is reasonably pried and would treat our historic media with the same love that we have for it. We finally discovered Memory Keepers and are THRILLED that we did. They can transfer any type camcorder tape, VHS tape and even Betamax tapes to DVD. They also scan slides and photos to CD and DVD and can create DVD photo slideshows for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries or any special event. They can also transfer sound from cassette, LP or reel-to-reel audio tape to CD. You can even bring your photos in and they will make a custom handmade scrapbook for you with embellishments, notes and lots of creativity. They do all of their own work in-house and are family owned and operated."

"I was thrilled to find Memory Keepers in downtown Naperville. I went to watch my wedding video from 25+ years ago and was so upset that it was deteriorating. I did some research and was so happy to find Memory Keepers so close to home! After having our wedding video put on DVD, I took all of my kids videos in and had them do the same with those. I love that it's a family owned business and all the work is done right in their store! Excellent service!"
